Road Directions to Sunnyside Hotel
- Leave the M5 at Exeter to join the A30 (Okehampton, Bodmin)
- Leave the A30 for the A392 (Newquay) at Highgate Hill Junction
- After 4 miles on the A392, you will reach Quintrell Downs. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and carry straight over on the A392 (Newquay)
- At the next roundabout, again continue straight over
- At the bottom of the hill, take the 2nd exit at the roundabout, continuing on the A392 (Newquay)
- Continue past the Texaco garage, straight over the next roundabout, and up the hill on Gannel Road (signposted Newquay town centre)
- At the next roundabout at the top of the hill, take the 2nd exit (straight over) onto Tower Road
- Continue on Tower Road until you pass a Spar mini market on the left. Shortly after the Spar store, look for a right turn into Hope Terrace, directly after the Surfers Paradise store
- Once on Hope Terrace, continue on the one way system onto Trevenna Terrace
- On Trevenna Terrace you will see the British Legion on your left. Keep to the right and continue around to the right into Manor Road. Shortly after, take the first left onto Central Road. Continue down in to the town central, past Lloyds TSB bank and the Central bar
- Follow the road around. After an art gallery on the right hand side, take a right turn into Beach Road
- Continue down onto towards the sea front past the Koola bar
- From Beach Road, you will notice the Walkabout bar. Head towards the Walkabout, turning right on Beach Road into The Crescent (signposted The Crescent Hotels). Go past the Walkabout on your left, then continue around and Sunnyside Hotel is on the right hand side
PLEASE NOTE
Whilst we do have our own dedicated car park, spaces are limited and cannot be pre-booked. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot guarantee parking spaces and does not accept the provision of parking facilities as a contractual part of any booking. Alternative parking is available nearby in both residential areas and public car parks. Parking in our car park is complimentary to hotel guests.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any mini-buses or coaches in the hotel car park. It may be possible to park a mini-bus in a nearby residential street, however, all coaches will have to be parked in a nearby coach park.
ON FOOT FROM TRAIN AND COACH STATIONS
From Newquay train station, turn left onto Cliff Road. At the Hotel Victoria, turn into Bank Street. Stay on Bank Street until you pass Barclays Bank. Take the next right onto The Crescent towards the sea. We are 50 yards down on the left hand side.
From the bus and coach station, go down into the town centre alongside the Newquay Arms pub. That brings you on Bank Street. Go right on Bank Street until you get to the United Reformed Church. Take the next left after the Church onto the Crescent and we are 50 yards down on the left hand side.
