Our tariff room rates are advertised on a room only basis. You may add breakfast from as little as £2. Choose from a selection of rooms sleeping 1-4 people.
New for 2010, we are also pleased to offer our special Surf and Stay package tariff on a mid-week 3 or 4 night basis.

Notes
- We operate from March-October and over New Years Eve (29 Dec-02 Jan). However, group bookings from November-February will be considered.
- Prices are based on full room occupancy.
- A 2 night minimum stay applies during low season and mid season.
- A 3 night minimum stay applies during high season.
- Bank Holiday weekends are subject to a 3 night minimum stay. *Spring Bank Holiday (28-31 May 2010) is charged at the high season rate.
- The weekend tariff covers Friday and Saturday nights only.

- Prices are based on 2 or more people staying in bunk room accommodation.
- The 3 night package is based on arrival Sunday*, Monday, or Tuesday (*not Bank Holiday weekends).
- The 4 night package is based on arrival Sunday* or Monday (*not Bank Holiday weekends).

- When making a booking you will be deemed to have accepted our booking conditions. Please be aware that a credit card pre-authorisation is required at check-in as a form of security deposit for all bookings.
