We do not supply our guest rooms with towels, but in the event that you forget yours, or if you would prefer to use one of ours, don't worry- room towels are always available to hire* at the nominal fee of £1. Add towel hire to your booking in advance, and a fresh towel will be placed in your booked room ready for your arrival.

All our rates are on a room only basis. Those guests who would like breakfast can simply add breakfast vouchers at only £4 per person per day.

We don’t automatically service your room during your stay. If however, you would like a full maid service and your linen changed at any time during your stay, you can simply contact reception to book this service at a charge of £5. Of course, when you arrive at the hotel your room will have been fully cleaned and tidied with fresh bed linen provided. All rooms are checked daily to ensure your waste bins are emptied and to re-stock toilet roll and hand soap.

Hot drink making facilities with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are available to hire at a charge of £3 per day. Otherwise, if you fancy a tea or coffee, no problem! A range of teas and coffees are available from £1 at our bar to drink in or take away.

Although hand soap is provided as standard, we do not supply any miniature bottles of other lotions and potions in our guest rooms. Most people staying away from home will pack a toiletries bag, so we simply find the supply of such items an unnecessary luxury. We do, however, offer personal-size toiletries packs for £3 each with a wrapped soap, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, and hand and body lotion. Hairdryers and irons are similarly not supplied in any of our rooms. If you do need either a hairdryer or iron and ironing board, simply ask at reception and we'll be happy to lend you one free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Please note that we ask guests not to take their hired room towels out of the hotel. Stained/damaged hired towels will incur a £5 charge (per towel) against your account.
